About Chef
Trained across the finest kitchens in France, Belgium, and Switzerland, he brings to Riviera 1955 a mastery that spans classical French technique, artisanal chocolate, and the full breadth of European pastry tradition.
He draws freely from French classical pastry, Italian confectionery, and the Slavic baking tradition, weaving them into a style that is entirely his own.

SINCE 2015, ALEXANDER SELEZNEV has led RIVIERA MONTE-CARLO as owner and Head Pastry Chef.
