Champagne AOC, 1er Cru, Brut. Blend: 40% Chardonnay, 60% Pinot Meunier, exclusively the first two pressings. Vine age: 45 years. No malolactic fermentation. Aged minimum 42 months on lees. pH: 3.01. Dosage: 5 g/L. Alcohol: 12% vol.
